Bantuan rakyat 1Malaysia (BR1M) possible to be carry on annually?
Minister of Rural and Regional Development, Datuk Seri Shafie said the continuous assistance can be implemented if the people continue to trust in the BN to continue ruling this country.
He said this when asked to comment on DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng, who is also Penang Chief Minister asking the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak to help those low-income families RM500 and RM100 allowance for all their students to school as an annual program.
“Not a problem (provide assistance each year), if the economy grows at a rapid pace and we have the opportunity to rule this country,” he said.
Earlier, Shafie, who is also our Minister of Rural and Regional launching a transformation seminar program in Pusat Transformasi Luar Bandar (RTC) Gopeng today. Elaborating, Shafie said the government provided assistance regardless of races but in an effort to help the people of the poor.
“This (aid) is not politically motivated, we give assistance to people who are entitled. Furthermore, insufficient government money to finance this scheme, “he said.
What do you think if BR1M to be carry on annually? Personally, I think the Bantuan Rakyat 1Malaysia didn’t solve the root of the problems.
