You probably have seen many snowflake dropping background especially during the Christmas time on some blogs. But this time we are going to release a tutorial of flow sheath dropping effect for blogger background.

Actually it’s not an animated background but a front layer make up of JavaScript and little pieces of images, just like the snowflake background effect concept.
