USM student caught said want to bomb Najib.
GEORGE TOWN: An engineering student of the University Sains Malaysia (USM) was arrested by police for allegedly making criminal threats based on the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak, in the social networking site, Facebook, yesterday. Students 24-year-old arrested on campus and being taken to the police headquarters to record evidence.
The student wrote in Facebook : “He is coming to our campus… lets bomb his helicopter.”
Meanwhile, the state police chief Datuk Ayub Jacob confirmed the detention of the students involved after police received a report. The report made at the Jelutong police station at 10:06 am yesterday.
The criminal of trying to scare could be imprisoned not more than seven years or fine or both if convicted.
