No pretty and sexy Japanese here because the fact is we call her (or he?) a man! Yes a very successful model, Kayo Satoh is really a man.
Without any surgery and unlike the Thailand transsexual males, she (or he?) did excellently in her career with her awesome make up skills.
Kayo left her hometown so that no one recognized her and she changed her name to start living like a female.
Eventually she confessed on a TV show saying that actually she is really a man.
I won’t call him pondan because he is so pretty lol..
